We track a lot of investors. While a lot of investors can have amazing returns, we recognize this may not translate into future success.
Repeatable success is what we trend
We amplify the content of our best investors. We measure the best in multiple ways:
1). Forget Total Return, Think Rate of Return
We measure our content creators by their rate of return. First off, that normalizes returns so that new content creators can effectively compete with our veteran content creators.
But it also forces our investors to repeat success. You can't just do well on one stock idea. If we are going to endorse your content, we want to see repeatability in your ideas. We want to see your rate of return high before, now, and into the future.
2). Volatility is not Acceptable
Our community is all about long term wealth growth. We showcase stock ideas from content creators with ideas that can stand the test of time and that are meant to be effective this year and next year.
We also want a portfolio of stock ideas that have consistent rates of return. If a content creator rates four stocks that double in one year, but then choose six stocks that collapse 50%, we will tag them as too volatile. We won't showcase their ideas to the community until they reduce their volatility.
3). Diversification
Our content creators need to share at least 10 stock ideas and have them be active buy or sell ratings. By having a diversified portfolio, we can have a good measure of how consistent their ideas are.
Top Investors
Our top investors have an annualized rate of return in the top 10th percentile on the network. They have at least 10 active stock ratings and are not tagged as too volatile.
Leading the Pack
Investors leading the pack have an annualized rate of return in the top 25th percentile on the network. Like top investors, they have at least 10 stock ratings and are not tagged as too volatile.
Power Investor
A power investor is either a top investor or leading the pack. They have shared at least 15 stock articles to the platform that have become featured stock articles.
Five Hundred Club
These investors haven't yet reached the status of leading the pack, but their portfolio of stock ideas have generated a 5% return or higher. They may even be on the cusp of leading the pack. Making Money
Well, these investor's ratings as whole are at least making a positive rate of return! You have to start somewhere, and this is where new content creators on the platform begin!
